Situated at the far end of the East Tower of the Berjaya Times Square Hotel, Samplings’ is the ideal spot to wow a date or celebrate a special occasion. Floor to ceiling mirrors and windows, dark woods, deep lacquered walls and elegant tables orbit the glass panelled show kitchen where you can watch the magic happen. This is also a renowned proving ground for budding chefs in the Berjaya University College, who put their training to use during lunch service.
Seremban native Chef Valmurugan Subramaniam heads up the kitchen during dinner, where you’ll find a menu underscored by the concept of bistronomy, which holds quality ingredients and superb cooking in a warm, friendly environment at the heart.
